BCODE Manila

DDN is working with leading companies and corporate directors in Manila to shape the future of AI, digital and cybersecurity governance.  

As investors and other stakeholders demand board accountability and capability on AI and cybersecurity oversight, DDN and the BCODE program was created to prepare corporate directors to effectively deliver on their responsibilities to govern these disruptive technologies. 

Bob Zukis and other DDN Faculty members will be meeting with local business leaders and delivering a series of private corporate director masterclasses to fulfill requirements for full board certification to the DDN Boardroom Consortium on Digital Excellence (BCODE) program. This governance-defining program works with boardroom leaders to strengthen their role as a control in the AI, digital, and cybersecurity systems, creating value for their companies.  

Evidence shows that when boardroom oversight is a high-performing part of these complex digital systems, significant business value is created. 

Delivered through three instructor-led executive education masterclasses, the BCODE program is the leading edge of corporate governance on these issues around the world.
