Answer: Seeing if Berkshire shareholders approve a vote for an AI Committee on the Berkshire board, that's what!
In a possible issue-defining moment for digital governance, Berkshire is about to put a fundamental issue up for shareholder vote — Should they have a board committee that oversees AI? Shareholder advocacy group Tulipshare has put the issue of Berkshire creating an AI committee into Berkshire's upcoming proxy vote during their annual shareholder meeting. If you want to join in on the vote, you'll need to own Berkshire shares by March 6.
Tulipshare made this statement headlining their announcement:
Tulipshare has submitted a proposal for inclusion in Berkshire’s 2025 proxy statement which requests that the company charter a new committee of independent directors on artificial intelligence to address risks associated with the development and deployment of AI systems across its own operations as well as its portfolio companies.

Otherwise, tickets for attendance will be offered towards the end of March and we'll provide a link once they are available.
